1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SAGESPRA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

SAGESPRA is intended for authorized UAPA participants, staff, coordinators, and companies. You must register with truthful, current, and complete information, and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify UAPA immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform solely for legitimate academic purposes related to your Social Service and Professional Practice.

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access data without authorization, upload malicious content, or impersonate any person or institution.

4. Academic process and responsibilities

SAGESPRA is a tool for recording and tracking academic processes; it does not replace UAPA's official academic decisions, evaluations, or regulations. The accuracy of the information you submit is your responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, content, and software are proprietary and protected. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

6. Service availability and changes

We strive to keep SAGESPRA available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UAPA and the platform's operators are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or cancel access to accounts that violate these Terms or are used improperly, without prejudice to UAPA's academic and disciplinary procedures.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
